I bought a copy of Omni Page recently which works not brilliantly but sufficiently well for me to wish to keep it. Therefore it is highly disappointing that Nuance fails to recognise that users occasionally change computers and need to re download. Most software suppliers make this operation needlessly difficult despite the fact you may have a registration code. Nuance on the other hand seems to make it downright impossible. I will think twice before getting involved again with a company that fails to recognise the rights of its customers. I still apparently can't download the software without paying twice. Hopefully someone out there will have had a happier experience and be able to advise what steps it requires to restore my already paid for program. My appreciation in advance= Neil W
